She is excellent negotiating settlements with builders (had major issues with St Aubyn) and will help with getting what buyer wants for a deal. (In a hot market got the home for 10k under list).

She is sometimes slow to respond but otherwise knocks it out of the park when it comes to making sure the hard issues are dealt with in a transaction. I would recommend Jennifer as an experienced realtor who can leverage your situation to your benefit.

We moved from Illinois and when we planned our visit to find a new home we told Jennifer we only had two had two days to find a home. Jennifer had preplanned our visit and because we had not been in the Tri-Lakes area much we had a huge list of 23 homes we wanted to see in those two days. Jennifer was engaged and knowledgeable of our needs. In fact, on the second day of our visit we learned that Jennifer had had a family member fall ill and she somehow found the strength to continue our house hunting and tend to her family needs.
